Refund Policy

At Explorer Canopies & Ute Trays, we strive to provide top-quality products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or installation, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom-made or installed ute trays and canopies. Please ensure that all details are correct before finalising your purchase or installation.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

We will arrange for an inspection, and if deemed necessary, either repair the product or provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

3. Incorrect Installations

If there is an issue with the installation of your ute tray or canopy due to an error on our part, we will:

  • Correct the installation free of charge, or
  • Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

Any issues related to incorrect installations must be reported within 14 days of the installation date.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for custom-made ute trays and canopies may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may incur fees to cover any production costs already incurred.
  • For installation appointments, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty Claims

Explorer Canopies & Ute Trays offers a 2 year warranty on all ute trays and canopies. Any issues covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

6. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@explorercanopies.com.au.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval and will be issued via the original payment method.

7. Exceptions

The following conditions do not qualify for a refund:

  • Custom-made products once production has commenced.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Ute trays and canopies that have been altered or modified after installation.
