Explorer Canopies accepts returns or refunds if the customer is unhappy with our product or if there is an error made with the product provided on initial inspection. If a customer has placed a PRE Order and is not happy with the product on pickup we will issue a refund and cancel the order.

If an item is posted returns must occur within 7 days of product delivery or on site before collecting goods. Please inspect all canopy, ute trays and camper trailers prior to paying balance for goods. By collecting your goods following inspection we will assume that you are 100% satisfied with the product provided and have agreed to purchase the items by paying in full. If the purchaser chooses to send the goods back via post Explorer Canopies is not liable for any items lost or damaged during transport. Items must be in resalable condition in packaged adequately to avoid any damage. It is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to cover all associated shipping and return costs incurred from a return following collection.

Explorer Canopies does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind circumstances or on items with damages or modifications from the customer.

Late notice cancellations; In the event of cancellations 1 week prior to a booked installation date there may be fees charged of up to 20%.
