Terms of Quote / Invoice agreement

Payment: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of your order. The remaining 50% must be paid when the vehicle or product is collected. Please note that for all orders placed through our website, payment must be made in full upfront.

Custom Orders: Upon confirmation of any custom orders, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. The outstanding balance needs to be paid in full prior to the goods being picked up or any services commencing. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on custom orders.

Shipping/Freight: Be advised that Explorer Canopies / Explorer Distribution PTY LTD collaborates with third-party shipping services, with all corresponding charges and risks falling on the customer.

Appointment for Installations: Customers must schedule all installation services with our warehouse. For Ute Tray & Canopy or Service Body installations, please note that we will need the vehicle for a duration of 2/3 days. For Canopy only installations, the vehicle is required to be on-premises for approximately one hour.

Collection of Products: We kindly ask that you inform our warehouse about the intended date and time of your item collection. This will allow us to ensure your goods, complete with installed accessories, are prepared and ready for pickup.

Vehicle Delivery: We request that you empty your vehicle's tub/tray of all items and accessories prior to delivery. Please be aware that additional charges may be incurred. Unless otherwise stated, we will dispose of the Ute tubs. After installation, it is your responsibility to collect any remaining tubs/trays. Please note that we reserve the right to scrap or remove any items left uncollected at our premises.

Sensors and Reverse Cameras: As an optional service during the installation process, we can reposition your vehicle's existing reverse camera. However, it's crucial to note that customers must provide the sensor brackets needed for us to perform this service.

Fuel Filler Relocation: We will reposition the vehicle's original fuel filler hose to an appropriate location. Please be aware that fuel filler designs vary across different vehicle makes and models, which may result in differences in the final appearance.
