A full-length, integrated 1680mm Service Body with an included under-tray trundle drawer. It is designed for customers who do not need a removable canopy and want a clean, high-capacity work or touring setup with protected storage and a flexible internal fitout system.
The Service Body is compatible with Explorer accessories, internal modular systems and 12V fitout packages.

Explorer Pro Series engineering
The difference is not just that Explorer uses 3mm aluminium. Underneath the product is a complete engineered system: 5mm steel chassis rails, gusseted tray bracing, a reinforced canopy frame, upgraded doors, an integrated false floor and internal mounting channels.
Even the headboard, under-tray boxes and rear lighting have been designed to work together. That is what separates an Explorer system from a generic aluminium tray and box.

Haven’t had a single problem with the setup, plenty of space for everything, and it’s all super sturdy. The weatherproof seals work great through all the South Coast rain and red dirt in West Aus, keeping everything clean and dry.
