A compact tray and canopy package designed for owners who want secure enclosed storage while retaining useful open tray space. The package combines a 1680mm Explorer tray, an 800mm lift-off canopy and an under-tray trundle drawer. The removable canopy allows the vehicle to be converted back into a functional ute tray when required.

Explorer Pro Series engineering
The difference is not just that Explorer uses 3mm aluminium. Underneath the product is a complete engineered system: 5mm steel chassis rails, gusseted tray bracing, a reinforced canopy frame, upgraded doors, an integrated false floor and internal mounting channels.
Even the headboard, under-tray boxes and rear lighting have been designed to work together. That is what separates an Explorer system from a generic aluminium tray and box.

Haven’t had a single problem with the setup, plenty of space for everything, and it’s all super sturdy. The weatherproof seals work great through all the South Coast rain and red dirt in West Aus, keeping everything clean and dry.
11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something affordable that competes with the top brands!!!
